License Agreement
All articles published in the scientific and professional journal “Land Management, Cadastre and Land Monitoring” are published under an Open Access model.
1. Accession to the Agreement
Submission of a manuscript through the official journal website means that the author(s) accede to the terms of this public agreement and grant the Publisher a non-exclusive licence to:
- publish the article;
- reproduce and distribute the work;
- store and archive the work;
- provide access to the materials in print and/or electronic form (depending on the format of the issue).
The non-exclusive nature of the licence means that the author(s) do not transfer exclusive rights to the Publisher and retain the ability to lawfully reuse their own work.
2. Licensing of Materials
The journal’s materials are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence. This licence permits free use, distribution, and reproduction of the materials in any medium, provided that:
- authorship is properly acknowledged;
- the source of first publication in the journal is cited;
- accurate bibliographic information is preserved, and where applicable, the DOI is included.
3. Authors’ Rights
The author(s) retain copyright and moral rights in their works and, without additional permissions, have the right to:
- reuse the materials for their own scholarly and educational purposes;
- deposit the published article and/or its versions in institutional repositories, on personal websites, and in academic profiles and platforms;
- disseminate the work within the professional community, provided that the first publication in the journal is cited and the terms of the CC BY 4.0 licence are respected.
4. Publication Fees and Editorial Independence
Publication fees (where applicable) cover only the costs of editorial and publishing preparation of materials and do not influence the peer-review process, the content of reviewer reports, or decisions on acceptance for publication.
