“Land Management, Cadastre and Land Monitoring” is a peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal that shapes contemporary academic discourse in the fields of land relations, land management, cadastre, spatial planning, and the monitoring of land resources. Publishing the journal in Ukraine is part of a responsible academic mission: to develop the scholarly school of Ukrainian land management, to advance evidence-based approaches to land governance, and to ensure high-quality scholarly communication in the face of profound societal and environmental challenges.

We publish original research with a clear methodology, transparent data, and reproducible results that are relevant to scholarship, professional practice, and policy development. Particular attention is given to contributions at the intersection of land-use economics, land management, legal and regulatory frameworks, geospatial technologies (GIS/remote sensing), inventorying and valuation, as well as sustainable territorial management.

The journal is oriented toward an international context: we encourage comparative research, the application of international standards, modern analytical approaches, and the integration of Ukrainian experience into the global scientific community. Land management is an infrastructure of trust for the development of the state and communities: it determines the quality of land-related decisions, the transparency of rights, the efficiency of resource use, and the capacity of territories to recover. For this reason, we support scholarly work that strengthens the quality of land governance, enhances the resilience of land use, and expands opportunities for innovation in the land sector.
