Author Guidelines

Manuscript Submission

To submit an article to the journal and track the status of its consideration, the author(s) must log in to the website as a registered user. Submission is carried out through the personal account; all stages of the editorial process (initial screening, peer review, revision, editorial production) are displayed in the system.
Before submitting, we recommend carefully reviewing the Author Guidelines (manuscript formatting, structure, references, requirements for figures and tables, and the journal’s policies on integrity and peer review).

Submission Requirements

By submitting a manuscript, the author(s) confirm that:

1. Originality and Exclusive Consideration

The work is original, has not been published previously, and is not under consideration by another journal (if there are exceptions or related materials, this must be clearly explained in the comments to the editor).

2. File Format

The manuscript is submitted in Microsoft Word / OpenOffice / RTF / WordPerfect format.

3. Accuracy of Links

All internet links in the text include complete and correct URL addresses (where possible, with an access date if required by the referencing style).

4. Compliance with Style and Referencing Requirements

The text is prepared in accordance with the standards set out in the Author Guidelines (structure, terminology, tables/figures, citations, and reference list).

5. Double-Blind Review Requirements

If the manuscript is submitted to a peer-reviewed section, the submission file has been prepared so as not to reveal authorship (no names/affiliations in the text, file properties, or document title; and with self-citations formatted appropriately).

Copyright and Licence

The relationship between rights holders and users is governed by the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial–ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) licence. By publishing in the journal, the author(s) agree to the following terms:

  • Copyright remains with the author(s).
  • The author(s) grant the journal the right of first publication under the CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 licence, which permits non-commercial distribution provided that authorship is properly attributed and the licensing terms are maintained.
  • The author(s) may enter into additional non-exclusive agreements for the distribution of the published version (for example, deposit in an institutional repository or inclusion in a monograph), provided that the first publication in this journal is properly cited.
  • The journal permits and encourages the posting of the manuscript/preprint (prior to submission and/or during editorial processing), provided this does not conflict with integrity requirements and the conditions of double-blind peer review, as this supports scholarly discussion and the visibility of the research.
